Position: Outside Sales

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work from your home office and be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that will maximize your efforts as you call on current accounts and prospect for new customers. The ideal candidate for the Outside Sales Representative role will have strong professional sales skills, a solutions-oriented sales approach, experience in industrial sales, and the drive and self-motivation to get out in the field every day.

You will be responsible for generating new customers, identifying potential customers, and maintaining relationships with current customers through regular communication, traveling, and trade shows.

At a minimum you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, or equivalent field experience
  • Minimum 3 years-experience in sales (preferably imaging, vision, or automation)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette, conflict-resolution skills, time and self-management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to various customers and needs
  • An organized, detail-oriented personality
  • Experience in the art of influencing, selling, and relationship-building
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule

Position: Quality Control Inspector/Test Technician
Department: Quality
Reports to: Quality Manager

As an integral part of our team you will work to improve product quality through continual improvement and revision of procedures and testing practices.

Job Description: (Responsibilities):

  • Approves incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work; inputting data into quality database
  • Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing root cause analysis as needed
  • Responsible for troubleshooting electronics down to determine cause and remedy of any malfunction
  • Responsible for recognizing failures, isolating problems, and taking appropriate action to resolve those problems
  • Responsible for designing/helping to design test procedures for new and current products

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate of Science in Engineering Technology or a related field, or equivalent military experience
  • Must be able to read and understand schematics, technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions
  • Must be able to operate volt meters and oscilloscopes
  • Must possess strong troubleshooting skills, problem solving skills, and strong analog and digital skills
  • Must be able to use common software applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must be quality focused, well organized and able to multitask
  • Must possess professional, clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a highly-motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in group settings
